Start with a Tuesday
Write down what an ordinary Tuesday in Spain should look like. Where will you work, how will you do the shopping, how much time do you want to spend outdoors, and who needs to be able to reach you easily? That picture determines far more than the number of moving boxes.
Make three lists
- Needed on the first day
- Needed in the first month
- Decide only once you live there
This prevents everything from feeling urgent at once. Documents and personal belongings stay close by; furniture and details can take their own route.
Plan some breathing room too
Not every day has to be an errands day. A relaxed lunch, a walk through the neighbourhood and time to settle in belong in the moving plan just as much.
